The story behind the photo: One early morning hike took
me to the Biscuit Basin and beyond for a couple mile hike to Mystic Falls.
The morning was beautiful, the trail was lonely, and I found myself singing
to myself as I walked the trail. I felt an inspiration that made
me want to embrace everything and express love for each and everything.
This very pretty waterfall is set in a very lush and mountainous landscape.
The trail ultimately winds up the side of a ridge of a small mountain over
a beautiful lookout point overlooking the Biscuit Basin and much of the
Upper Geyser Basin. Only the way down from the lookout did I see
any hikers. I cannot express how inspired I felt this morning when
I took this picture.
